Craigarran Care Home

This care home provides nursing and residential care for up to 44 people, with accommodation across two floors. It supports older people living with dementia, mental health conditions and physical disabilities. At the time of inspection, 42 people were using the service.

Inspectors identified concerns with governance and management systems, particularly around the recording of people's ability to make decisions about their care and the accessibility and accuracy of care records. However, people found the provider and clinical lead approachable and knowledgeable, working hard to ensure quality care.
