Lyons Court Care Home

Lyons Court Care Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 50 residents, including older people, those living with dementia, and people with mental health conditions. At inspection, 38 people were using the service.

Medicines were managed safely and people were safeguarded from abuse. The provider had safe recruitment procedures in place and assessed and monitored risks to residents. However, the premises were not always effectively cleaned or well-maintained, and effective governance systems were not in place to monitor and improve standards.
