Denmead Grange Care Home

Denmead Grange is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care to up to 60 people, with 51 residents at the time of inspection. The service supports adults, some living with dementia, across two floors in a single adapted building. One floor, Memory Lane, specialises in caring for people with dementia.

People and their relatives reported that staff provided safe care. Safeguarding concerns were recognised and reported, with staff understanding their responsibility to protect people from abuse. Risks to residents were assessed and managed through care plans addressing issues such as falls, skin injuries, poor nutrition, and challenging behaviours. The registered manager acted promptly to address identified concerns.
