The registered manager demonstrated strong leadership during the pandemic, repurposing a day centre area to safely facilitate more visits and ensuring people stayed connected with loved ones through video calls when physical visits weren't possible. Auditing and oversight arrangements were clear, with actions taken to ensure infection prevention and control practices met required standards.
