About Delph House

Delph House is a residential care home in Norfolk, offering older people a place to feel comfortable and looked after close to home. The team there understands how much it means to families to find somewhere that feels right, and they are committed to making residents feel settled and cared for.

Delph House provides residential care for up to 22 older people, including those living with dementia. The home is based in an adapted property with two floors and communal spaces for relaxation and dining. At the time of inspection, 15 residents were using the service.

The inspection identified improvements across several areas, though concerns remained regarding staffing, safeguarding, and oversight. These issues were similar to those identified in previous inspections. In response to these findings, the provider made immediate changes to how the service is managed, providing some reassurance about addressing the identified problems.
