This residential care home accommodates eight people, most of whom have mental health needs, within a single adapted building. At the time of inspection, eight people were living at the service.

The home faced significant staffing challenges, with several staff departing in November 2021 due to COVID-19 vaccination requirements. Consequently, management and staffing shortages led to several issues: staff were recruited without proper references in place, and regular supervision was not provided to staff members. The provider's quality audits did not identify or address these shortfalls. The registered manager had no deputy or assistant manager to support operations.
