Cranley Gardens is a care home providing personal care to people with a learning disability and autistic people, supporting a small number of residents. The CQC found the service had improved significantly and was no longer in breach of regulations, with stable management and more effective governance. Risks in the environment had been addressed through refurbishment, and inspectors found people were protected from abuse and supported safely.

People and relatives described a warm, family-like atmosphere, with residents well looked after and involved in decisions about their care. Staff were skilled, well supported and encouraged to raise concerns, and feedback was used to keep improving the service. The overall rating is Good.
