Park Hill House

Park Hill House is a residential care home providing personal care to five people with learning disabilities and/or autism. The service has capacity for up to six residents and offers personalised support tailored to individual needs and goals. Staff work to ensure residents have meaningful choices in their daily lives, with access to community activities and opportunities that promote independence and social inclusion. The home prioritises supporting people to achieve their personal objectives while maintaining dignity and respect in all aspects of care delivery.
