Hall Road is a care home providing personal care to a small number of people with a learning disability and autistic people. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding it had made significant improvements since its last assessment and was no longer in breach of regulations. Management was stable, risks including those from the environment and medicines were well controlled, and staff supported people to have choice and control over their lives.

Inspectors found people received person-centred care that met their individual needs, with enough suitably recruited staff and good safeguarding practice. Relatives spoke positively about the culture, describing an open, welcoming atmosphere with no restrictions on visiting. Concerns raised by people and staff were listened to, and the service showed a genuine focus on continuous improvement.
