Staffing levels are sufficient to meet residents' needs, and all pre-employment checks are completed before staff begin work. Medicines are stored and administered safely, and COVID-19 risks are well managed.

Everyone spoken with during the inspection felt safe at the home. Staff receive appropriate induction, training and support to carry out their roles effectively. Support plans are person-centred and detailed, guiding staff to provide care that maximises residents' choice and control while acting in their best interests. Residents confirmed that staff are knowledgeable and competent in providing the care and support they need.
