At inspection, 44 residents were living at the home. The service provides nursing and personal care as a single package. Inspectors found that while no residents currently had pressure areas, improvements were needed in risk management documentation and monitoring systems. The home requires more effective recording and clearer processes for supporting people who need assistance with skin integrity through repositioning and pressure relieving equipment, an area of ongoing concern requiring a more robust approach.
