Crystal Hall

Crystal Hall provides nursing and personal care for up to 67 people with a range of physical and mental health needs, though 55 people were living there at inspection. The service is arranged across three separate units, each with dedicated adapted facilities to meet residents' diverse needs.

The home had established strong infection prevention systems. The provider displayed notices at the entrance advising people not to enter if experiencing COVID-19 symptoms and had implemented visitor screening procedures. Staff followed guidance on supporting safe visiting practices to protect both residents and visitors from spreading infections.
