The CQC rated the service Good overall. Inspectors found people were kept safe, staff understood risks well, and any concerns raised during the visit were acted on immediately.

Staff were described as kind and skilled, and people felt involved in their care and confident to raise concerns. Some minor inconsistencies were found in medicines record keeping, care plans and audit processes, which the registered manager was already working to address.
