One relative noted, "The same staff always work with my relative," while another said, "They have the right skills." The manager and clinical leads maintained good communication with people and their families, with one relative commenting, "Staff ring you to tell you things."

The home maintained high standards of cleanliness and infection control. Staff demonstrated a positive culture and expressed genuine enthusiasm for their work. Relatives were highly satisfied, describing it as "the perfect place" and noting that their family member "loves the home, it is brilliant, and the staff are calm." However, medicines management required improvement to ensure consistency with safety procedures, though no harm had occurred. Inspectors recommended enhancements to audit and recruitment processes.
