Crystal Court

Crystal Court provides personal and nursing care for up to 60 people aged 65 and over, including those living with dementia. The service operates across two floors with three separate units and had 46 residents at the time of inspection.

The home demonstrated several areas of good practice. A dedicated visitor area had been adapted in line with current guidance, with COVID-19 information available in multiple languages to ensure residents and families could comply with safety measures. Staff breaks took place in a large, well-ventilated space designed to reduce transmission of infection. Staff followed clear infection prevention and control procedures consistently, and all staff had received appropriate training in these protocols.
