Vida Court

Vida Court is a large nursing home providing personal and nursing care to up to 100 people across eight separate units, each with adapted facilities. At inspection, four houses were open with 42 people using the service.

The home significantly improves people's quality of life and self-esteem through exceptionally creative approaches to care. Staff spend time exploring residents' personal histories to understand their preferences for clothing, fragrances, and jewellery, as well as how they usually spend their days. This enables staff to maintain people's dignity and individuality while meeting their care and support needs, even when managing difficult conversations.
