The home demonstrated strong infection control practices, including temperature checks and health questionnaires for visitors, with staff trained in proper PPE use. Regular testing was implemented for both residents and staff, with immediate isolation procedures for anyone showing COVID-19 symptoms.

The home maintained ample supplies of PPE and cleaning equipment, with increased cleaning schedules focusing on frequently touched surfaces.

Residents were supported to maintain regular contact with family and friends through video calls.
