The home maintained ample supplies of PPE and cleaning equipment, with increased cleaning schedules focusing on frequently touched surfaces.

Residents were supported to maintain regular contact with family and friends through video calls. Staff facilitated activities that residents enjoyed, including trips outside the home, with risk assessments completed to minimise potential hazards. The home used appropriate cleaning fluids to prevent infection spread, demonstrating a comprehensive approach to protecting residents' health and wellbeing during the inspection period.
