Crossroads House provides accommodation with personal care for up to 47 people, specifically adapted for those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 44 people were using the service.

Staff demonstrated strong commitment during a COVID-19 outbreak, working extended hours to maintain continuity of care when colleagues were absent due to infection. The service supplemented staffing with agency workers where necessary and recognized staff efforts through bonuses and thank you gestures in appreciation of their dedication during this challenging period.
