The Pines accommodates up to three people with complex needs. During the inspection, staff created a relaxed environment where residents engaged in activities of their choice and appeared content. One resident expressed happiness and feeling safe at the service, saying "I like living here" and "I'm happy." Relatives confirmed their satisfaction with the care provided, describing it as very good and expressing they were entirely pleased with how their loved ones were supported.
