Croftfield Residential Care Home

Croftfield accommodates up to 22 older people, some living with dementia, in a converted Victorian building set in rural north Cumbria. At inspection, 21 people were living at the home. The service places people at the centre of care, with staff developing detailed, person-centred care plans that respond quickly to changing needs. People and their relatives reported making good progress and experiencing significant improvements to their well-being since arriving at the home.
