Bingley Park Care Home

Bingley Park Care Home, in Bradford, provides accommodation and personal care for up to 72 adults, including people living with dementia or with a sensory or physical disability. At the time of the assessment it was supporting 37 people, and the CQC rated it Good overall.

Inspectors found safe staffing, medicines management and infection control were well handled, and staff showed kindness, dignity and respect. Care planning was person centred and people felt safe and involved in decisions. Some gaps were noted though: care documentation was not always accurate, staff wellbeing feedback was mixed, and many people and relatives could not name the manager, though they felt able to raise concerns with leaders.
