This residential care home supports up to 21 older people, including those with dementia, in a converted Victorian house spread across three floors. Residents have access to an enclosed rear garden. At the time of inspection, the home was at full capacity with 21 people using the service.

Following previous concerns about safety and quality of care, the home has undergone significant changes. A new registered manager has implemented an action plan addressing previous regulatory breaches and recommendations. Inspectors found improvements across all aspects of the service.
