Byfield Court

Byfield Court is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 11 people who live with autism and/or have a learning disability. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding that previous concerns about safe care and governance had been resolved.

Inspectors found staff were recruited safely, well trained and knowledgeable about safeguarding, though medicine records were not always kept up to date. Leadership was visible and responsive, with regular meetings to gather feedback. People and relatives spoke positively, saying their needs were met and the service was well run.
