However, inspectors found that individual health needs like constipation had not been properly risk assessed or documented with staff guidance beforehand. The registered manager subsequently put guidance in place and shared this with staff following the inspection. Care plan audits were also not consistently effective in identifying health risks, with the registered manager only addressing concerns when they were explicitly flagged rather than proactively identifying issues themselves.
