Corbrook Park provides personal and nursing care for up to 80 people across two separate units, one specialising in dementia support. At inspection, 68 people were using the service. Staff numbers were generally adequate to meet care and support needs, though people reported occasional delays in call bells being answered. The provider assessed risks associated with people's care, though staff had not always robustly followed mitigation plans. The manager took immediate action to address this. People felt safe living at the home, and staff followed appropriate procedures to protect them from abuse and harm. Medicines were managed safely by trained and competent staff members.
