Coppice House provides accommodation and personal care to 12 people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or autism. The home is based in rural Gloucestershire and comprises a main house, bungalow and annexe, all set within large communal gardens near local amenities. At the time of inspection, 11 men were living at the service, supported by social care workers who assist with daily needs and a range of activities.

A registered manager is in post at the service. The staff and service remain unchanged following the provider name change in March 2015, though this was the first inspection under the current registration.
