Dean Grange

Dean Grange provides personal care to up to five people with learning disabilities in an adapted building. The service implements a person-centred model of care that creates an outstandingly caring culture, emphasizing enabling people to develop and maintain their confidence and independence. This includes supporting residents to use public transport independently, take up voluntary work, and spend time without direct staff supervision. The outcomes for people using the service reflect principles of promoting choice and control, independence and inclusion, with support focused on individual needs and aspirations.
