Copperfield

Copperfield provides accommodation and support for up to 11 adults with mental health needs across two floors, each with separate facilities. At inspection, all 11 places were occupied.

People living at the service benefitted from caring support and considered Copperfield their own home. Staff were kind and attentive, with long-standing team members who had developed genuine relationships with residents and understood their individual needs, routines and preferences. Both people using the service and their relatives expressed confidence in the staff providing their care.
