Copperbeech

Copperbeech provides residential care for up to 20 people with mental health support needs, with all residents housed in single bedrooms. At the time of inspection, the home was at full capacity.

The service maintained robust health monitoring practices. Residents underwent regular COVID-19 testing in line with government guidance, and their temperature, blood pressure and oxygen levels were monitored twice daily. Most staff completed testing as required, with the manager indicating that procedures would be developed to address any instances of non-adherence to guidance. Staff and residents were encouraged to receive COVID-19 vaccinations, demonstrating a commitment to infection prevention and control measures.
