Richmond Residential Home

Richmond Residential Home accommodates up to 20 people with mental health support needs. At the time of inspection, 17 people were living there. The service has implemented improved systems to monitor quality and safety, with regular internal and external checks to ensure the building and equipment remain safe. However, while most risks to people had been assessed, not all residents had received a COVID-19 risk assessment. Staff received appropriate training to support people effectively.
