Highfields Nursing Home provides nursing and personal care to older people and people living with dementia. At the time of the assessment it was supporting 34 people. Inspectors found people and relatives spoke positively about kind, respectful staff, and felt safe, clean and well cared for. People were supported to take part in activities without unlawful restriction, and the management team was seen as approachable and responsive to concerns. This represents an improvement since the previous requires improvement rating, with the service now rated good overall.
