Connaught Court

Connaught Court is a residential care home providing regulated nursing care to up to 94 people across six separate units. At the time of inspection, 89 people were living at the service. The home has processes in place to manage risks associated with the use of bed rails. However, these processes had not always been followed on one unit, though the registered manager acted quickly to resolve the shortfalls identified.
