Collins House

Collins House accommodates up to 45 older people, some living with dementia, in a purpose-built facility with 45 single rooms spread over two floors. The service includes rehabilitation and interim placements, with spacious living areas, a lift and chair lift for accessibility, and a large garden. At the time of inspection, 44 people were using the service.

Residents were highly complimentary of their experience. One person said, "It is fantastic here," while another noted, "All the staff are lovely, very helpful." The service maintained safe practices with systems in place to ensure people's safety and welfare, minimise infection risk, and learn from accidents and incidents.
