Clandon House

This service provides accommodation and personal care for up to three people. During the inspection, there were three people living at the service. Inspectors found that while people received care and support based on their assessed needs, care plans and risk assessments, there were significant concerns about how personal allowances were managed. The recording of people's personal expenses was not secure, and robust processes were not in place to ensure appropriate handling of personal allowances, leaving the system open to potential abuse.
