The provider maintains risk assessments to keep people safe and manages medicines securely, while monitoring accidents and incidents to learn lessons and reduce future risks.

Staff are kind and caring, with good knowledge of the people they support. All staff complete induction, shadowing, and competency assessments before starting work, and receive training relevant to residents' care needs. Some staff members have taken on dignity champion roles within the service, reflecting the home's commitment to person-centred care.
