Wishmoor Rest Home provides residential care for up to 28 people living with dementia. The service has systems in place to protect residents from abuse, with staff trained to raise concerns appropriately. Residents and relatives confirmed they feel safe and confident they would be listened to if they raised issues.

The provider maintains risk assessments to keep people safe and manages medicines securely, while monitoring accidents and incidents to learn lessons and reduce future risks.

Staff are kind and caring, with good knowledge of the people they support. All staff complete induction, shadowing, and competency assessments before starting work, and receive training relevant to residents' care needs. Some staff members have taken on dignity champion roles within the service, reflecting the home's commitment to person-centred care.
