Cleaveland Lodge

Cleaveland Lodge provides accommodation and personal care for up to 54 older people, some living with dementia. At the time of the inspection, 35 people were resident at the service. People expressed satisfaction with their care, with one resident stating, "I have everything I need."

Care and treatment are planned and delivered with a focus on ensuring people's safety and wellbeing. The provider has worked with the registered manager and local authority quality team to embed improvements throughout the service.
