Holmwood Rest Home

Holmwood Rest Home provides residential care and support to up to 16 people in a two-storey building with a stair lift for access. At the time of inspection, seven people were living at the home.

The home has made significant improvements to its governance systems with visible leadership from the newly registered manager, who demonstrates a clear understanding of their role and regulatory responsibilities. Policies and procedures are comprehensive and up to date. Staff support people to have maximum choice and control of their lives, using the least restrictive approaches possible when providing care.
