Church View

Church View is a residential home for up to six people with learning disabilities or autism spectrum disorder, all of whom were living there at the time of inspection. Staff provided exceptional care by actively exploring ways to engage residents and help them reach their full potential. Support was person-centred, with staff working tirelessly to create opportunities for people to lead fuller lives. Residents' own communication methods were used to gather their suggestions and ideas for planning activities, ensuring their voices were valued and included in decisions about their care and daily lives. Staff recognised the importance of enabling people to take responsibility for daily tasks, which gave residents a sense of ownership and satisfaction.
