The CQC's overall rating is Requires Improvement, though inspectors found people generally felt safe, and staff treated them with kindness, dignity and respect. The registered manager was visible and approachable, and people enjoyed choice around meals and dining.

However, inspectors found mixed experiences around care delivery, medicines management and staff continuity, particularly at weekends. Feedback also showed people and relatives were not always involved in care planning or given opportunities to give feedback. The provider responded promptly to concerns raised during the assessment.
