About Church Farm Nursing Home

Church Farm Nursing Home is a nursing home in Nottinghamshire. Details of the CQC's most recent findings are set out below.

Church Farm Nursing Home accommodates 45 people across three separate areas, specialising in care for people living with dementia. The service uses the Dementia Care Matters 'butterfly household approach' to create a homely environment, avoiding institutional signs and uniforms. Staff do not wear name badges, and facilities are shared between residents and staff to promote a more domestic setting.

During inspection, people living at the home were happy and receiving good care that met their individual health and social care needs. Staff demonstrated respect and dignity throughout their work, and were positive about their roles in supporting residents.
