Cheviot Court

Cheviot Court provides personal care to 70 people aged 65 and over. People and relatives were extremely complimentary about staff responsiveness and their ability to meet individual preferences. Staff went the extra mile to discover people's previous hobbies and interests, enabling these to be continued at the home. A creative activities programme offers a wide range of options based on residents' backgrounds and interests. New technology is used effectively to help people maintain family relationships.

Residents felt safe living at Cheviot Court and received good care from kind and caring staff. Staff demonstrate a good understanding of safeguarding procedures and know how to report concerns appropriately, with safeguarding issues thoroughly investigated. Staffing levels are suitable to meet people's needs, and new staff are recruited safely.
