Cheshire Grange

Cheshire Grange is a purpose-built care home across two floors, providing personal and nursing care for up to 50 people, with one floor dedicated to supporting those living with dementia. At inspection, the service was supporting 46 people. Care planning and recording systems promoted the care and support people required, and people felt safe using the service. Staff recruitment practices were robust, and systems were in place to monitor the quality of care provided.

People received medicines when needed and their healthcare needs were understood and met. Staff were experienced and received appropriate support in their roles. People were offered nutritious and balanced diets and felt protected from abuse. Residents were able to voice their views and felt listened to, with their needs and wishes assessed prior to admission.
