People and their relatives described the home as well managed, reporting they could raise complaints or concerns with confidence they would be listened to and acted upon. The home has systems in place to monitor quality and safety, though audit schedules could be further developed to improve their effectiveness.

Medicines are managed safely with staff having completed medication training and competency assessments, though there is room for further improvement in these processes.
