Cherry Lodge Rest Home

Cherry Lodge Rest Home provides residential care and accommodation for up to 19 people aged 65 and over, with some residents living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 15 people were being supported by the service.

People felt safe and reported that staff were kind and caring towards them. Residents told inspectors they felt supported with their healthcare needs, which was confirmed through review of care records. People also indicated there were sufficient staff available to meet their needs. Medicines were administered on time and staff had completed competency checks to ensure they had the necessary skills for safe medicine administration.
