Cestria House Residential Home

This residential care home supports up to 24 people, some with dementia. At inspection, 21 residents were living there. Staff maintained comprehensive supplies of personal protective equipment and demonstrated proper procedures for its use. The home supported residents in maintaining family and social contacts through visits and alternative methods including video calls and phone calls. Relatives expressed satisfaction with how staff managed visiting arrangements. All staff were fully vaccinated, and the home had systems in place for recording vaccination status.
