Ashleigh House

Ashleigh House provides accommodation and personal care for eight people with learning disabilities and autism. The service is registered to support up to nine residents. The management team is working to create a more domestic and homely environment.

Staffing levels have significantly increased since the last inspection, enabling more person-centred support. People now have greater choice and control over their lives, with staff supporting them in the least restrictive way possible and aligned with their best interests. Updated policies and systems within the service support this approach.
