Cedar Lodge (Nuneaton)

Vestige Healthcare (Nuneaton) is a residential care home providing nursing, personal care and rehabilitation services for up to 20 people with mental health needs. At inspection, eight people lived at the home, which is divided across three floors with two floors for accommodation and one for staff areas.

Staff kept people safe by knowing how to report concerns, manage risks and identify when people needed support. They understood how to raise safeguarding concerns, and there were sufficient numbers of staff to meet people's needs. Medicines were managed safely.

People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives, with staff supporting them in making decisions about their care.
