Bentley House Care Centre accommodates up to 50 people across two floors, offering nursing and residential care to individuals of all ages, including those living with dementia and physical disabilities. At the time of inspection, 46 people were residing at the home.

The provider implements thorough risk assessments to keep people safe, with risk management plans regularly reviewed to reflect any changes in individual needs. Staff demonstrate clear understanding of their responsibility to report safeguarding concerns. The home records all accidents and incidents, analysing them to identify emerging trends and patterns so that appropriate preventative measures can be implemented.
