The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding that earlier concerns about risk management, staffing and recruitment had been resolved. Inspectors found risks were properly assessed and reviewed, staffing levels were sufficient, and the environment was clean and personalised.

Staff were found to be kind, compassionate and attentive, treating people with respect and involving them in choices about their care. People and relatives spoke positively, describing staff as familiar, patient and reliable. Care was delivered without delay, and people said they felt safe and would recommend the home to others.
