Castle Farm Care Home

Castle Farm Care Home provides residential care for up to 22 older adults, with 18 people living there at the time of the assessment. The CQC found the service was performing well, with strong risk assessments, effective safeguarding procedures and knowledgeable staff who understood how to keep people safe.

Inspectors found people were supported to remain independent and were included in decisions about their care, within an inclusive environment that valued equality and diversity. Feedback from people, relatives and staff was positive, with one relative describing the home as having "a homely feel, like family. " The service was rated Good overall.
