Whinfell Shap Road provides personal care and accommodation to four people with learning disabilities and autism. The service is built around values of choice, promotion of independence and inclusion, enabling people to live as ordinary a life as any citizen. Staff are highly skilled in supporting people to lead meaningful lives of their choosing. Since the last inspection, people's life opportunities and quality of life have greatly improved.
